Shipping time is set by the brand and an estimate can be viewed below. When a designer ships out your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

After making a purchase on ShopSustainably, you should receive an email confirmation. Once the individual brands fulfill your order, you will receive a follow-up email that will include shipping and tracking updates. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we can work with the designer to see what’s going on. Our email is shrutigoli@shopsustainably.me

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. International and/or expedited shipping is calculated at checkout. If you would like to return your item(s), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Expedited and international (outside the US) shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please also note due to the nature of in-studio production, all order processing lengths stated are approximate. Order production and processing may take up to 2 weeks.

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipment. Please email info@shopsustainably.me if you would like to return or exchange your item. We will send you the shipping label and information necessary to return the item(s). We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. If you would like to return your item(s), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Expedited and international (outside the US) shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only offer a refund for clothing if the garment/s is/are unused, unwashed, in perfect resalable condition with the tag(s) still attached. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use. Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer. If an item is faulty, please don’t use the item after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund. If the above conditions are met after the item(s) has/have been inspected, you will receive a refund for the returned products to the original form of payment used. Refunds take up to 10 business days to be processed. We will email you upon receipt and inspection of the item, as well as approval of your refund. If you do not see your refund processed, please check with your bank or credit card company first. Please email info@shopsustainably.me if you still do not see your refund processed.

RETURNS

If you wish to return any item bought at Aurora, please fill in a returns/exchanges form within 28 days after receiving the goods.​​We are happy to accept returns as long as: the item(s) are still in the original condition, unworn with tags.The item(s) are purchased from the Aurora Website.You have filled out the returns/exchange form and the item(s) are safely packaged to avoid damage in transitThe return contains a copy of the original order number or a copy of the return request.Please use the original package we have sent the item in, as we want to ensure we are keeping waste to a minimum. ​Please note, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are damaged or aren't returned in a saleable condition.

The customer must bear the shipping costs when shipping the package back and Aurora can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process. If the goods are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email). ​​Our shop will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of error from our side (mistaken or damaged product).​​The money will be returned in the same payment method you have used in maximum 30 days.*​​*Please be advised that if you had Free Shipping and after a return, your order stays below the minimum value for Free Shipping we will keep the shipping cost when processing the refund. These will be the standard shipping costs for your area as detailed below.

EXCHANGE

SOSO SWIMWEAR 

If your swimsuit is not perfect for you, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Just make sure the hygiene label is still intact. 

SAEYRI 

SHIPPING

Your orders are shipped from California. We ship the in-stock orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) after purchase. If you have ordered products that are not in stock, on pre-order or delayed; we will notify you of the order fulfillment and other details via email.

We primarily use USPS for shipping our orders. You can choose between USPS First Class Package/ Priority Mail/ UPS Ground during checkout. If you'd like expedited shipping, please reach out to us separately via email (hello@saeyri.com) with your order number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for the packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire after your package.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If an item is not satisfactory upon arrival, contact us immediately so we can set up your return/ exchange. You must contact us about your return/exchange within 5 calendar days of receipt of your purchase.If the returned item was shipped out on a free shipping promotion, we will credit your account with the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping.Any Sale items are NOT eligible for return/exchange.
